        Worst shipper ever, do not go to them. Everything came broken. My instant pressure cooker is broken and the surrounding meal was crushed. Their prices are cheap because their business is cheap, they send to uk and do some shaddy business. Additionally I had to pay 35 dollars as commission for custom clearing, not duty fee!!.

        GTV Express UK is reliable to send parcels from UK to Sri Lanka. My parcel shipped within a weeks time without any issue or damage. However I wish if GTV could improve their communication and Customer service as at times they are not reachable.

        Worse service. Promised 10 days delivery but it took them three weeks to deliver. I had to make multiple calls to chase the delivery. The parcel was kept in Jaffna store for 4 days due to rainy weather and hence they didn't deliver on time. What a joke.. In the end parcel has been delivered after numerous calls but the chocolates were missing and the parcel was opened by someone in the store.
