Ive shopped exclusively at MAC 3 decades in three different countries. Its a first Ive ever encountered a rude and unaccommodating consultant. The manager needs to work on her customer service skills. Ill order online from now on. I wont return to this location

Dreadful customer service Every time Ive been to the Watford store the staff have a bad attitude. Everything seems to be too much of an effort for them. Its a shame seeing that its such a big brand.

i visited MAC today and i was very happy with the experience, all of the staff were very helpful, but one lady in particular was more than helpful, she was smiley and friendly, she helped us around the store and made sure we found everything we needed, her name was Stephanie, we were very appreciative of the whole experience and just wanted to leave a lovely review, we definitely recommend popping into the store!

Just wanted to say thank you to Natalie at the Mac Boots store. Very pleased with her service with helping to colour match me and answering any queries I had. Really appreciate it and hope that the samples help me find the right match.

I'm really happy with my experience at this store. I was served by Tasha, she was brilliant. She listened carefully to my requirements and found the right lipstick for me. She explained application, longevity and also reassured me that the colour looked fantastic. It did! I've had compliments of how well I look and I know it's the lipstick really! We then discussed eyebrow pencils and she made sure that the colour exactly suited my cool tones..
