My teeth were a complete mess; several were missing and the rest were rotten and loose. Rather than go for the cheaper option of dentures i decided to go for full mouth dental implants despite my long standing fears of the dentist. I was recommended Sonny by a patient of his who had similar work done and after an initial consultation decided to proceed. Right from the start Sonny and his excellent staff put me at ease and explained at every stage what was happening. Their reassurance and Sonny's skill as a dental surgeon made the whole procedure seemless and now after several months i have a smile to be proud of. If you are considering dental implants or any other procedure, I highly recommend Novocare. Not only is Sonny an excellent prostodontist, he is really nice man who has a real affinity for nervous patients.

We have been with this dental clinic for more than 8years now but have decided to leave this clinic. At the beginning, they seemed to be efficient, however in all these years, there have never been ANY appointments booked well in advance that was not cancelled or rescheduled by the clinic. Several times the receptionist will say the dentist has asked that the appointment be rescheduled with no apologies. When the call is made to reschedule, the receptionist never apologise or show any empathy - they simply say "what can I do?" I completely understand that there is enormous pressure on services, but a complete lack of empathy/good customer service is unacceptable. The last straw making us leave is: treatment that is needed urgently within 4 weeks has once again been rescheduled for till November!!! We are now left with no choice but to find another dentist that will show empathy and treat cases with the urgency that is required but more importantly NOT to cancel appointments that has been booked well in advance.
