Bupa Dental Care Watford

I was there recently on a Monday afternoon (around 5.30pm), due to awful toothache! Although they are officially open until 7pm it I needed to ring the doorbell a few times until a receptionist opened the door. Instead of asking a possible new patient in, she answered my questions at the door, and said I couldn't be seen by any doctor that day or any other day, only if I registered with them as a private patient! This is contradictionary to what the big plaque outside says: NHS dentist surgery... Why does someone become a dentist if you refuse to help people who ask for help being in pain? Doesn't the Hypocratic Oath apply to all types of physicians? Or is it all only about money making? (Rhetorical questions...)

Bupa dental care has been amazing . From the time I have arrived till I have left everyone is incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. Also very willing to help with any information or advice needed . Highly recommended

Like most, I hate going to a dentist. I am a very nervous patient and I have fear of dentists, but I can honestly say that since being a patient at Bupa Watford dental care, they have laid my fears to rest. Thank you!!! Such a brilliant dentist Dipti - extremely caring and kind. I can't imagine going to someone else! The receptionists, nurses and hygienist are very friendly and always welcome you with a smile. Highly recommend this clinic.
