        Don't like to deal with anything been waiting since april for a complaint to be resolved. They sent me a letter not even mentioning what the complaint was about

        Bought a 'smart' TV it broke down whilst still paying for it. After weeks of arguing on the phone they collected it. After a few weeks we heard nothing and we then spent a couple of more weeks on the phone trying to find out what was happening. They eventually said it couldn't be fixed and they would replace it with a new one and sent a cheque for compensation. They sent the old broken TV back and the cheque bounced! Months later we are still arguing on the phone and getting nowhere. Now 8 months after the TV broke down they say they can't do anything as the contract has expired. The TV broke way before that they just kept messing around to run down the clock and lied repeatedly. They had over a 1000 off us for something that doesn't work. Total thieves, crooks and con artists!
