CGON

CGON was installed in DEC-18 and i was told to run the car for few 100 miles to experience MPG performance. Since now there is no improvement. The worst thing is i tried to call installer many times but no response then i started calling CGON company and they confirm that one of our technition would call you back. I kept calling every day and this drama lasts for 2 weeks but no response. now CGON number is coming invalid. I sent the email to CGON support but no reply. i have experienced CGON as bogus and not functional company. I have got 2 years warrenty over invoice that i have to look forward any legal measures to be taken against them.

Very impressed by all accounts with the ezero 1 unit. Took just over one hour to fit with the instructor from Cgon. He explained everything to a very high standard and the simplicity of the fit taking emission results before and after fitment, showing a good improvement In the results. Customer from Moto Tec Mot Centre was very happy with the fitment and observed the way the unit was fitted. He has also confirmed that he has seen an improvement on the cars performance claiming a 6mpg improvement on urban driving and a 10 mpg improvement on longer distance travel approximately.

Came to fit one on my Range Rover Sport after finally getting an installation date. The installer completely messed up the installation, the unit didnt work and after a few choice words with the (installer trainer) he ended up leaving my car damaged and unusable. I was then informed that the installer left because he felt threatened ... oddly after asking him to put my car back to what it was I left him to it, we even have video evidence of this, however, thats by the by. This left me out of pocket to which no real offer of compensation from CGON was put forward, just the reiteration that their stance was their fitter felt threatened and was told by them to leave. This action left my car undriveable until the parts to repair my car were delivered after the weekend. No real apology from Cgon. I will state, the garage where this took place were thinking of stocking the Cgon units, but after seeing that it took over 4 hours to fit one only to find the unit didnt even work, it was then it was decided it would be financially unviable to do so. If youre a garage thinking of taking this product on board, be aware that youd be lucky to fit one in two to three hours ... do the math, its garage rate hours if youre lucky. After this I did some digging into Cgon, turns out thered been a failure rate in the previous model and I suspect the new model isnt much better, its just bad luck if you find yourself in a position where your unit fails. I also found out that Cgon had a complaint about their claims upheld by the Advertising Standards Authority about their fuel efficiency claims and their emissions claims. Id also take what you read on their website now and the testimonials theyre quoting with a pinch of salt ... testimonials are easily falsified or paid for. Finally. There have been posts Ive come across about hydrogen devices similar to this causing engines to brittle just some deep digging on Google will bring some to the fore.
