Awful...avoid at all costs. The 5 star recommendations are written by staff... trust me. This company has been reported to trading standards which is currently on-going. Will update soon. Just avoid these guys have lost our details, sent links for ID portals that dont exist, passed pillar to post by clueless employees who ask for all the same documents - even though they have already received them. Full on cowboys!

DO NOT USE! 2.5 YEARS to recieve land registry document from WYM.Yep 2.5 years! They made error after error. Failed to communicate, spelt all parties names incorrectly on multiple legal documents and failed to correct this. Did not check buyers funding was in place at exchange. Unresponsive. Given lots of excuses, sob stories and outright lies. They take no responsibility, delay everything and don't even offer an apology. Nothing was appropriately checked. Even now 2.5 years on we still dont have al the relevant documents. Staff are incredibly rude, especially Jamila Rankin who seems to have grandiose delusions and an attitude to match. They tried to blame delays at land registry however i contacted land registry myself only to be told that WYM tried to register using the wrong documents and with the wrong names and so land registry declined the entry. WYM lied about this and continued to refuse to apologise or accept any responsibility. They claim a delay of 1.5 years because an email bounced back! Absolute lies of course but if there had been an issue they obviously have other means of contact. Just to ensure i pursue the matter as a formal complaint, ms Rankin advises that she does not owe any apology! Staggering incompetence, sloppy, shoddy work with no regard for client or even process. This company needs to be formally investigated.

This company is an absolute nightmare to work with No communication whatsoever, they never give any updates You can only speak to a receptionist that doesn't even work for the company, they work for a call centre based abroad from what I could understand It's nearly impossible to speak to anyone dealing with the process, not even Oliver picks up the phone or answers to emails or voice mails Mistakes are made and no one cares until the end and that causes delays. AVOID WORKING WITH THEM AT ANY COST They make a stressful process 100 times worse.

WYM Legal were fantastic throughout the process of buying my first house. Vakhar and rayhan were both easy to reach and always on hand to answer any questions I had. They kept me informed throughout the process and made it as easy as possible without any stress. The process only took around 3 months and the team sorted out any issues that arose. Purchased my first home and I'm so glad that I choose WYM legal. Vakhar Hussain and Rayhan rahman they helped me a lot on my journey. I never thought that buying a property going to be that much easy for me. It only took 6 weeks which is more than my expectation. They kept me updated with every little things throughout the process . Thanks a lot guys for helping me to buy my first property..
