So very bad and unhelpful for a Hermes drop off! Asked me to come back with a very heavy parcel because she wanted to wind up and knock off nearly an hour earlier than stated on internet! So disappointed

You have a drop off for hermes and you want to use this place? Forget about it , just go somewhere else. I care about smal businesses but these guys...pff not worth it

Hermes..... your reputation is low because of the "partners" you choose , including this shop. Long story short i had a return with amazon and they asked me to post it back asap and i discovered that i can't drop off at this shop because is weekend and collection are on monday, the hermes app says otherwise. i see other people having same issues

I wanted to drop off my parcel but the woman working there said that i need to come back on monday? Hermes says i can drop off when i can (included weekends)
