        Worst service ever. I went to collect my parcel to the shop, one of the guys there was very rude, they didnt give me any solution, horrible customer service. One of the guys told me You can complain if you want, its free. Worst place ever in Watford.

        If I could give this place a zero I would. Absolutely shocking the amount I've gone to drop a Hermes/Evri parcel off here and there's always one issue or the other. The final straw was when they asked me to come back the next day and there were apparently still issues. They might as well stop offering the service altogether as it's never working and they really don't care. Bunch of rude incompetent staff and I will never be wasting my time at this shop again
