Ermal and his team completed an exceptionally high quality en-suite refurbishment after an existing installation had failed causing a leak, damaging the sub floor structure. The quality of the work carried out is exceptional and we are very happy with the outcome, not just with the build quality but also the remediation work required to fix the water damage. His team were diligent throughout and communicated any additional work or previous faults discovered during the build. All the team involved in the work were able to make positive contributions which lead to an improved overall outcome, from the colour of the light fittings and the orientation of the floor tiling. I was also very impressed with the quality of the hidden elements of the build - Ermal and the team made sure that even items that are not seen were constructed and built to a high standard. I would not hesitate to use EMA Contractors again and am looking forward to planning our next project with them. Ermal and his team have done a fantastic job! We compared EMA with 3 other potential companies. EMA were streets ahead; attention to detail was very important to us and we could see that this was reflected in their work. We can't recommend them highly enough. You could say, "we completely rebuilt our house". We chose to trust Ermal's judgement on many suggestions and practically completely ignored the plans that we had drawn prior to engaging EMA Contractors. So, with his great foresight, ideas, and eye for detail our finished house makes us happy to get home. Ground floor extension, Porch, Loft extension and everything in between all completed in 6months to an extremely high standard! I would recommend them in a heartbeat!
