Unfortunately we have had a terrible experience with Harcross. They made a plan for works without considering the impact caused to residents of the property. This included a poor risk assessment not accounting for residents who would be living on site throughout the works. They also entered the property without consent. To make matters worse, when respectfully raising a complaint to make them aware of these issues, I received the following response: "Following your email below we have no further comment and as far as we are concerned all matters on site have been resolved..." The lack of apology, recognition or concern for the well-being of residents has been deeply shocking. Service: Interior structural repairs

Unfortunately we have had a terrible experience with Harcross.
They made a plan for works without considering the impact caused to residents of the property. This included a poor risk assessment not accounting for residents who would be living on site throughout the works.
They also entered the property without consent.
To make matters worse, when respectfully raising a complaint to make them aware of these issues, I received the following response:
