Primrose was a lucky find and very pleased indeed that we chose them to build us our bespoke garden office and to do some remodelling to the front of our house. They were professional and considerate with lots of constructive insights and suggestions whilst meticulously planning and running our build. Excellent :-)

We recently used Primrose Projects to install a garden room at the rear our our property. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We researched numerous garden room companies (national and local) when researching for the project and Sean and the team at Primrose were responsive, informed and experienced and gave us total confidence that they could deliver what we needed. We were also offered the chance to visit previous work and clients (which we did) and this showed us the quality of their craftsmanship. What most appealed with Primrose was the ability to have something tailored to our needs within a very reasonable and competitive price structure. Our rear garden wall is at an angle and Primrose made an excellent suggestion to build some storage space behind the main room, to fully utilise our garden space and angle, therefore enabling us to remove our old shed. They integrated this seamlessly in to the build and it looks fantastic. When Cris and Lucian arrived to deliver the work you could set your watch by them. What's more, they worked three consecutive saturday mornings as they were conscious of weather and keeping the project on track. They also took time to understand our family needs (we have two kids under 5) and made suggestions throughout the build that would work even better for our family. The end result is fantastic. Every day they would give us a quick briefing on what they were doing each day and when we may be required for input and were always patient and amenable to any suggestions and changes we had. All our neighbours have since been round to look at the room and all have said they are blown away by how good it looks and also how efficient the team were. They were impeccably tidy, always leaving the area in safe and clean condition each day when they left. We now have a multi functional space for working, as a home gym and as a family room all for what we believe to be fantastic value for money. If you are considering a garden room and want something bespoke but without a premium price attached to that and at the same time refuse to compromise on quality then I cannot recommend these guys enough. We hired Primrose Projects based on their portfolio, competitive price and professional reputation and were not disappointed. The scope of works were quite varied (loft conversion, remodelling downstairs, new windows/doors throughout, new boiler, new switchboard), but the main challenge that was posed to them was the management of the schedule as to not interfere with the clients own program for glazing, carpets and floor fitting. Throw into the mix that as a family of 4 we were also living on the building site, we found that Primrose Projects were very accommodating in our requests so keep the environment habitable - so much so we had a temporary kitchen setup in our front room! We are more than happy with the end result and thank Primrose and their team for their hard work and perseverance over the lockdown period.
