        Tony is very knowledgeable and honest, provides detailed explanation and takes pride in providing a service. He has good time keeping, worked respectfully and gave no non sense. Some of my pointing is dertiorating and caused water penetration within the internal walls. Tony swiftly booked me in as I was concerned with further internal damage. I also booked Tony to place air bricks on the chimney. Both jobs completed within the timescale as advised. Good to see someone who puts customer service at the core of the business. Thank you!
