I am over the moon with the renovation work that Andy and Gary at Millsaw have carried out - I have my dream home! Having never undertaken anything of this size before I was extremely grateful for their patience and vision, let alone all of the coordination in the background. They are considerate, polite and professional and I felt like nothing was impossible or too much trouble. The craftsmanship they deliver is impeccable - from bespoke beautiful concrete worktops (they have been installed for nearly a year and I am still struck by how amazing they look) and purpose built carpentry. All of the tradespeople they brought in were also polite and trustworthy, something that was very important to me as I lived in the property throughout with my children. If you're thinking about who to trust with your upcoming renovation project, I highly recommend going with Millsaw Carpentry & Construction. After speaking with several builders (inevitably if others are significantly cheaper they are cutting costs somewhere), we chose Gary and Andy to take on our large project of a rear extension and garage conversion right in the middle of the pandemic. A local trustworthy team who take projects on themselves to make sure they get done to the standard they think each job deserves, perfection. From initial quotes and administration which were dealt with highly professionally and with reasonable pricing, to constant reliable interaction and ideas throughout the project, it was very smooth and not stressful at all, considering how much work was involved. Even at the height of soaring prices, their prices were so reasonable and nothing was too much to ask and discuss options. Alongside the substantial building work, they created our arched doorway, installed internal doors and superficial walls, created our picture reading window box and they only use the best electrician/painters/tradesmen to work alongside them. They pride themselves on quality work at reasonable prices and proved this to be true, they won't let your house down. Happy to provide references.

Were so happy with the work weve had done by Millsaw. The bespoke wardrobes, bannisters and new doors are done to such a high quality and genuinely transform the look and feel of our home. They really pay attention to every little detail meaning the finish is excellent, and theyre super helpful when it comes to thinking through design decisions - Im so glad we went for taller shaker-style doors for the wardrobes as Andy suggested as it really makes the space look more modern. Absolutely outstanding construction company. Approximately half way through the building of a side extension and re-configurement of the ground floor, Andy and Gary at Millsaw have been considerate, personable and professional throughout, delivering work of the highest calibre whilst also keeping the site immaculate.
