        When you phone them (to be fair, on a Bank Holiday, so I gave 2 stars, not 1 star), you end up on the phone to someone in India, who has no clue about English spelling, and then get through to support, who tries to work out which client you are, without even asking whether you are an existing client, and then says they cannot support you because you are not. Not every potential client can be an existing client!
