It was my first time printing in UK so I did a lot of digging and found/decided on this company based on the good reviews. I was nervous with the quality as I couldn't believe the prices were so good but I was sooo satisfied with the final products! The entire process was also really smooth and their website is easy to use. I first ordered some sample papers which their provided for free and that was really helpful in deciding what papers and finish to go for. I also had an issue where I was travelling and afraid that my package would come while I was overseas but customer service was so helpful and offered to help me delay the postage until after I returned home. Amazing experience with this company.

Massive thanks to Simon who went out of his way to assist with the printing process, offering valuable advice and even going as far as to tweak my files for me to get the best results - this was on a webchat at 9pm! Massive props to some excellent customer service.

I cannot praise this company highly enough! From dealing with Aprille & the personal touch she gave to the service - really helping with all the questions I had & helping set out the pages of the booklet I wanted printing - to the finished booklets arriving at my house (via courier) just just a few days later. Very well packaged too. The quantity of the booklets and printing was superb; actually exceeding my expectations. The price was superb too. 5 Star service all round; highly recommended. Mixam's printing is brilliant but their customer service is useless. EVERY single time I used them, at least 6 times, they let me down on every order and they have paid me hundreds of pounds in compensation. They don't pay any attention to instructions! Examples are: 1) Telling them when not to deliver as the delivery address (shop) was closed. They delivered anyway, the magazines were left with a nearby cafe who threw them away, so the magazines had to be reprinted. 2) Mixam trim INSIDE trim marks - not on the trim mark but often up to 3 mm INSIDE the trim mark! Very lazy and unprofessional. 3) Boxes of magazines delivered have had to be re-printed because boxes have been badly handled, split, and the magazines damaged. This is because Mixam use thin cardboard boxes and don't bother to pack them correctly so the magazines are secure and protected. Mixam stressed me so many times I eventually started to swear at them, which made no difference to their terrible behaviour. Mixam have now banned me from using their terrible services, so hopefully I will now find a printer that is reliable (does any reliable printer exist? I don't think so, I have used 5 so far and they are all backward). BE WARNED - IF YOU USE MIXAM BE PREPARED TO BE LET DOWN.
