Very good location with glass roof.. loved it

Drive thru was terribly slow. Got to the window. Was told I ordered mango but I actually ordered berry. Then was rudely told by another person I ordered mango. No apology. Then was basically thrown my drink through the window. Lid wasn't even on properly. Won't be coming here again

I'm happy to write a feedback about the excellent customer service provided by the new face (Asian men with a pony tail) at your coffee shop. I was impressed by the exceptional service provided by him. who had a smiley face and high level of confidence during the busiest time. He went above and beyond to ensure that all the customers are happy and having good experience.The level of service he provided was truly remarkable and exceeded my expectations. I felt like I was dining at a five-star restaurant in Dubai rather than a coffee shop. The attention to detail and dedication to providing the best customer service was evident in his every action. I appreciated the warm and welcoming environment he created, which made my visit more enjoyable. He truly made my visit to your coffee shop a delightful one, and I look forward to returning Keep up the great work!
