        We queued for 20 minutes in the drive through, only to be told that as we didn't order using the intercom, they would not serve us unless we went around again and queued for another 20 minutes. Good customer service would be to have made 2 coffees and thanked us for our custom. Instead they received a negative review and just lost a customer.

        Had some exceptional customer service from what we think was the manager on duty (chap with long-ish hair, didnt manage to capture his name) It is always clean and is one our favourite Costas to go to, for the drive through or restaurant.
