        The actual cleaning when they turned up was good. However I booked in again for a few weeks later, and unfortunately nobody turned up - I called the agency to confirm whether anyone was coming and for some reason they made a mistake of booking it for the wrong day. I dont often get midweek days off so I was disappointed naturally however I understand that mistakes can occur. The lady was apologetic which helped. I have now again tried to book another cleaner, I have called however my calls have been ignored. They initially replied to my messages regarding a booking but Ive had to message a couple of times with very little communication from themselves. I understand that I messaged a day before however if they dont have a cleaner then they should just say that rather than stringing me along. Really disappointed. I will remove this review when contacted by the agency as I understand how negative reviews can affect small businesses, and there is no malice intended, its purely to give feedback.
