I was tasked with moving to a new office with old floor tiles that looked a little like a crime scene! It was 10k to replace the tiles or 700 to professionally clean the carpets. Mark assured me he could get the carpets 'as new' and the results were just that. Mark was flexible, approachable and wonderful to deal with. I highly recommend.

My 6 month old puppy had an accident very nearly in front of the bedroom door on my pristine, 1 year old, 80/20 twist Cormar carpet. Unfortunately, with my best efforts and a professional enzyme cleaner specifically for pet urine, I was unable to get rid of the yellow stain. Mark was the only carpet cleaning business that was willing to help with the problem and, although he dutifully warned me multiple times that the stain may not come out completely, he did get it out. The carpet looks great and you would never know the stain was there. I agree with the previous review. Mark was responsive, professional and honest throughout the whole process -- in addition to doing a great job. I am extremely thankful for his help and recommend him highly.
