A fantastic assistant named Grace in the Watford store was so helpful and full of advice for my daughter's prom dress . We left there on Sunday happy and with a dress . Grace filled my daughter with confidence in her choice of style and colour, very grateful for your wise words and time, thank-you.

Had a great experience buying my wedding dress here! Gina at the Watford branch was so helpful and patient and picked out lots of options for me to try. Really enjoyed my experience and ended up saying yes to the first dress I tried on! Would really recommend Gina during your bridal appointment!

Your text system doesnt work! Your phone system doesnt work!, or no one can be bothered to answer the phone. Ive tried every possible number to get though to any department just to speak to someone on when my daughters dress is coming in to the Watford store to collect.

Great choice and really helpful staff. Although we didn't find what we were looking for, I would recommend the Watford branch.

Completely impossible to get hold of unless you want to drive hours to the nearest store. No-one answering the phone, emails or facebook messages. I paid for my bridesmaid dresses to be delivered to my home address, as I live 2 hours away from store. I received an email saying 'Happy Tears, your dress is ready!' to tell me they have arrived at the store, but no information on when they will be delivered to me. More like 'Angry, and increasingly frustrated tears!' I understand the news that they have entered administration will have led to lots of concerned phone calls, but simply ignoring your customers is not the way to deal with the problem! UPDATE: Finally managed to get through on the phone (after about 100 calls). Dresses are being shipped tomorrow, should arrive by the end of the week. Have increased my rating from 1-3 for now!
