Great customer service from Kevin and he had great knowledge of bikes. The store manager was also just as good. Friendly bunch of people, nice store and they helped sort out getting our bikes very efficiently.

I would like to say a massive thank you to Mark, Kevin and the team at this branch of Cycles UK. My story started in January 2022 when my eBike stopped working. I took it there as the nearest place that could look after my Mahle ebikemotion system for a software update. My story ends with two new batteries, an inside knowledge of how Raleigh and Mahle work and nothing but praise for a team, that I am sure were happy to see me walk out of the door for the last time on Monday (April 2023), at Cycles UK Watford. Their knowledge, effort, time & patience spent on getting my bike working has been second to none and I will be returning next year to get a software update on the bike (every 12 months I understand) and a service. I didn't buy the bike from them, but they treated me with respect and courtesy and did their best to get me back on my bike and enjoying the country lanes. Thank you
