I ordered the product on November 20 with an extra charge of 6 for delivery on the second day! I received an e-mail from the courier will be at 16:00 one day, the other day and nothing. I wrote an email and you wrote back to me that they just sent a perfume yesterday and I say that I received an email from the courier that he was supposed to be yesterday. After a long exchange of messages, the lady announced that the courier had an accident and refund the extra cost for delivery. Today is November 28, eight days have passed and I still have not received the perfume. It was supposed to be a birthday present on November 21. You did not want to give compensation for such a long wait. She is very nice and does not reply to e-mails, which I sent probably from 20! Mrs. Claudia is not a competent person in a given position. Scandal !! Thieves and crooks. I do not recommend. The case is suitable for reporting to the police.
