Gone downhill! I used to go every couple of months, and I used to book therapists by name as I knew they were good and would provide a strong and effective massage. Over time, all the decent therapists have left so whenever I book I make a request to book a therapist who can provide a strong massage. I went yesterday and it was awful, I felt she didnt know what she was doing - and refused to give more pressure when I asked for it, as she said shed be in rouble if I bruised!! This has never been a problem in the past. Put pressure on bone joints rather than knots! Usually they crack any tension throughout your upper body, she didnt achieve this once - I know she was trying to from some of the technique she was attempting, but she wasnt targeting the right pressure points or have the strength. I complained to the owner at the end who did not care, she said if I wanted someone strong I should have booked for midweek. This is something I was not told when I specifically booked someone strong. Its a shame, for me this place is local but I will no longer support this business. I will be going to another place in at albans which have always been very consistent! Service: Massage
