        My first time doing my brows. Color and lamination. I specifically said I did not want them too dark but ended up with extremely dark laminated eyebrows. It wasn't fixable so I got a 5 pound discount.. I can't stop crying when I look in the mirror. The woman who did them seemed stressed the entire time. (2 days post appointment) I still look absolutely horrible and ashamed to leave the house. And they have not even bothered giving me advice how to fix it (I wrote to them without a reply) . My worst experience with a saloon ever, both during the treatment before seeing the result, and especially the result.
