        I've ordered from this company a couple of times now (addicted to the evil queen hand sanitizer, it smells amazing) and I've only ever had a minor issue with one order where they accidentally sent the wrong products. However, after contacting them about this they got back to me super quickly and got it sorted no fuss. As it turns out it was actually their MD Trevor Cash helping me as he had jumped in to help out their customer service team whilst they were super busy! I think it's great to see a company where those higher up aren't afraid to lend a hand when needed. Thanks!
