I used the branch today for the first time with my Aunt- helping her do some banking, as she is quite elderly. It's probably the best customer service I've ever received in any context or location. We were served by Darshra, she was utterly professional and courteous and made us feel at ease, during the long process of a complex transfer of funds. She was patient and considerate of our needs made us feel like nothing was too much trouble. We were served very quickly and left feeling quite blown away by how well we were treated. A blueprint for customer service really and I very much hope this review finds it's way back to her Manager! Thanks again.

Applied for my PPI claim from a loan I had some time ago, and NatWest choose to 'LIE'.....stating they had no record of my loan/PPI. What an appalling bank, and glad to of closed my account and rid of them.

The staff is friendly and patient, if you dont understand something they explain you again. I like the colours red and purple of bank.
