        This company repair network and smart cover are one company with two different name,fraud they are scamming people out for their hard earned money,please stay away from them,I just called their customer service they didn't want to listen to me especially smart cover,their engineer who are not getting payed for the job they completed they are doing a 3rd class jobs,please stay awayy. ENGINEER STAY AWAY Services: Refrigerator/freezer repair, Freezer repair, Refrigerator repair, Stove, cooktop & oven repair

        Staff on phone were nice. Dishwasher had stopped working and I had turned off at the plug. Repair guy came to fix it and it was miraculously working. Spent 10 min and got full 200 fee. Didnt even replace dishwasher in its unit. I dont mind paying a call out but theres a partial refund if machine needs written off. Unfortunately not available if machine needs no work at all. Service: Dishwasher repair

        Avoid! I paid for a guarantee service which is around 300 and this meant that it covers spare parts. after coming for the second attempt to fix it, the guy that came had bought the wrong motherboard so could not change it he said i have to wait 5-6 weeks for another one to come and he will be back. After 5 weeks i get a call that everything was done and my service was completed after explaining that he did not change the motherboard and I am still waiting they proceeded to basically call me a liar and that there is nothing they can do if I dont dismantle my dishwasher and prove it although the picture they have of the motherboard is one that does not fit so I basically lost 300 because of there incompetence and terrible customer service. I better not see below that your review means a lot to us! Absolute trash! Service: Dishwasher repair
