TGI Fridays - Watford Central

The lady at the reception today was very rude to us, no manners at all. We were so disappointement by her attitude. Everything else was perfect, the food and the service was amazing, waiter was very polite and very professional. 5 stars for the waiter but if i could i would give 0 to that lady at the door.

Attended with my family yesterday and the experience was overall disgusting. Dont get me wrong the food tasted lovely as always but service was horrible. i wasnt able to get the name but a tall girl with curly hair was our server. She didnt take our order when we said we were ready multiple times, had a negative attitude, gave us the bill before we had asked and finished eating. it was a shame. i never have experienced this before and it is usually my favourite place!

Not the same TGI - food not value for money. Weatherspoon far much better. The alcohol was not good.. full of ice and mint. Plus on arrival we were told it was busy and waiting time was 40mins, within a minute there was a table available upstairs. When we went upstairs, there were more than 10 tables available, we were there for two hours and upstairs was still empty. Not going back.

Was greeted with a warm smile when we arrived, We had pre booked our table, was seated within a few minutes. The food was nice, the staff were great, we found them very accommodating, friendly and no task was an issue. Overall we were very happy with the service and would definitely go back again. Kid-friendliness: Staff was accommodating
