Vegetarian options: Vegan options available the chef can accommodate easily. Tandoori roti is a good vegan naan bread option

The main dining area beyond the bar is quite cramped we were in front of the pass, and there was only a very small distance between our table and the next with takeaway delivery drivers/staff constantly passing through this area.
The food is okay but portions are small. We ordered 3 portions of the mixed platter at 7.95 each 23.85 total to share between the 5 of us, we were told this would be a good portion between us all, it was disappointing when this was served with only 3x Samosa, 3x Onion Bhaji, 1 1/2 shish Kebab, 6 small pieces of chicken tikka, I would like to see a single portion of this platter - it must be tiny, this really didn't offer value for money. I did ask Raj about this but was told it's as it comes.
The main course was better and the curries we had were really tasty - dhansak, biryani and chicken tikka, especially liked the naan breads they were fresh and had a good amount of filling in the Keema and Peshawari. The only thing that let it down was the amount of lamb in the dhansak, only 5/6 small bits - mainly bulked out with pineapple chunks - when paying 14 for a main I'd expect a bit more.
I would be a bit reluctant to return as I didn't see this as offering good value for money overall, it was convenient for us to visit on this occasion as it was a short walk from our accommodation, but not sure I would make the effort for a return visit.
