Poor service. Initial consultation brought the car to the value of around 1,000 (similar to part exchange) but price was reduced due to engine light being on. Was told I could leave to get the light fixed and return for the same quote. Sadly not the case. Returned having had the light fixed to a different member of staff and the car was all of a sudden only worth 560 with the engine light fixed. Condition faults listed on the second visit were inconsistent to first visit, contacted customer support who have been less than helpful. Depends who you get as to how much you get for your car by the sounds of it. Wouldnt use again nor would I recommend.

There is no doubt that the process is quick and easy, and that is why I expect most people use them, but I also think that gives you very little control over the price that is offered. I dealt with Morgan, who was fantastic, and explained everything clearly, but apparently the price I was offered only 7 days ago had dropped by over 650 by the time I went it. Considering how buoyant the used car market is at the moment I found that hard to believe but what choice do you have? The computer generates the price and if you want a quick and painless sale there doesn't seem to be much you can do than accept the price that is offered. Other than that small quibble, the process is as easy as they advertise. There was some slight damage to the car that knocked another 600 of the price, but that I did expect. We breezed through the paperwork and it certainly helps if you come prepared with everything they ask for and anything that helps explain any unusual circumstances. Within 30 mins the car was sold and I walked out the door. Overall a very positive experience but just tainted by the fact that, although they say the price they offer you could go up or down, for me it always seems to go down. I would still recommend WeBuyAnyCar, but know what you are getting into. It is an excellent way to get a quick sale but may not get you the best price available.
