I dont like to give bad reviews but the way this garage handled my daughters purchase was disgusting.Firstly she paid her deposit and was told her car which was a vw polo would be delivered on Friday 17/6/22.Then the day before we were told it needed coding and couldnt be done until Wednesday 22nd and so delivery would be Friday 24/6/22 instead.On the Wednesday my daughter called and was told its done and delivery will definitely go ahead getting her excited a 2nd time.Friday 24/6/22 comes round and we ask what time delivery will be and are told its in the queue for valeting and as soon as its done it will be on the way.We wait until lunchtime and again ask for an update only to be told theres a problem with the timing and someone with a specialist tool will be there to do it that afternoon and it would now be delivered in the evening.Later that afternoon I call Andy and after 2 hours of being fobbed off I finally got to speak to him only to be told no one except vw has the tool and they are refusing to do it as they didnt fit the part that caused it so now dcc are unsure when it will get done.I advised my daughter to look elsewhere as this garage cant be trusted with the constant lies and excuses so how could we trust a car purchased from them. I would advise others to be careful as it looks like Im not the only one that has been given the run around by a poorly managed business

Saw Auotrader advertisement for Ford Ka at 08:00 and left message, was called at 09:15, paid 100 refundable deposit and viewed that morning, part exchanged old Ka, purchased insurance on DCC computer and DCC put cherished number on hold for me, taxed it and I purchased after short drive with AA cover and car warranty. Exceptionally well looked after by John at Waterlooville.Could not have been easier.

All car sales could learn something from John and his staff. Super friendly from arrival to departure. I wasnt pressurised into anything regarding the sale of the Kia Ceed 4 tech. Managed to reach a satisfactory conclusion to the sale. One very happy and extremely satisfied bunny. Thanks to everyone especially John at DCC Waterlooville. Donald Coulthart.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY Initially buying a car from this company was very easy and straight forward, I traveled 200 miles to test drive a car and then purchased it including a life time warranty costing 1.5k, I was told the car was not ready for my to take as it had not been looked at by their mechanics yet so I was given a BMW as a courtesy car which was great, I was then called two weeks later stating the car I bought had a few issues including a timing chain issue but they said that they will fix it, but then I was informed that they needed the BMW back as they had sold it whilst I had it.... Moving on to when I got my new car, the car was great until the engine management light came on (within a week) so I took it to a specialist to look at and they told me that there was a few faults with it including issues with the engine including the timing chain that was already apparently fixed. DCC said that they will fix the issues and the car was picked up from me and I was given another courtesy car, a month or so passed and the car was not fixed I emailed and asked what was happening and I was told that the car needed a whole new engine and said this will take months to get, so I asked for my money back and I went through my finance company for this, I was then asked by DCC to come and clear the car which I thought was odd as I cleared it before it was picked up but I did the 200 mile trip to come and get my property, there was a single door key in the car.... I feel totally messed around by this company. The customer service by the after sales team was very good, but I suppose you would be after selling a faulty car.
