Well what can I say? I have never dealt with a company that truly believes in customer service like the team at Domestic Gas. From the first phone call to the finish product we were always informed and the price quoted was the price charged at the end of the project. These were the cheapest quote by far so was a little disconcerted to start but after reading their great reviews on CheckaTrade my mind was assured and my worries abbreviated. I would strongly advise that you at least give this company a chance to quote.

Had a Vaillant boiler installed by this company 4.5 years ago, the boiler has been kettling, pretty much from the beginning, due to the fact that the boiler had no power connection directly to the pump. The pump was wired directly to the programmer & as such there was no pump overrun, end result the boiler is getting scaled up & the warranty been invalid. Jason the installer, was aware of the problem, but did not disclose that it would be a problem. No Auto bypass was installed at the time which is a Building Regulations requirement. When I had the boiler installed, Mike the owner, admitted that Jason did not install system boilers very often as he normally installed combi boilers. The system wasn't left working as it should have been, I could not control the heating or water due to Jason not installing the boiler correctly. Mike got another engineer out, the next day to resolve this issue, which was due to a jumper wire being left in place on the PCB. The system was power flushed, but a few years later I have had to get another engineer to re-flush the system again due to dirt which wasn't removed when Jason installed the system in the 1st instance. I had a new pump installed before the installation of the boiler but this failed 3 years later due to dirt from the poor installation by this company. They didnt install our boiler correctly per building regs With a pump overrun. Power flushed correctly From the manual A system bypass will be required fitted at least 1.5 meters away from the boiler, refer to the current issue of central heating system specifications (CHeSS). This company claim to be accredited Vaillant installer which I cannot believe to be true. They are no longer on checkatrade as they claim to be. Do your self a favor, stay well away from this company
