Had an urgent prescription send via my GP to be told it will take 3 days?! Can someone please explain why you NEVER answer your phone. Fed up having to drive all the way there to be told its not ready or its out of stock.

I booked up for my flu jab. Over 20 minutes waiting in line to be told they didn't get any vaccinations in that day. They were able to send me a text message confirming the appointment, but apparently it's beyond their ability to send a message cancelling the appointment. Utter waste of my time. Totally unapologetic. I've seen the replies to other people's reviews on here. I don't use Facebook or Twitter so please don't asked me to repeat this there.

Refused to help a three year old boy, who was visiting the UK and couldnt get an appointment with a GP. Didnt tell us where we can get help or offer any kind of advice. Extremely rude and unhelpful.

No experience really as they didnt have a pharmacist ( who apparently just didnt turn up) to dispense my prescription needed quite urgently this weekend 6/11/22 Thank you very much. Further 111 have told me I now have to wait at least two hours to be re-prescribed with another chemist.
