        Charged for a full groom when they only gave a trim around faces and legs - because their scissor trained groomer had left. I was charged full price for a half job!

        Place need a renovation . Dated , dirty , not enough space at the table . You als9 beeing push out soon you finish your food . You dont have a chance to finish your cake before bill arrives.Food - well little bit of meat with some vegetables. Nothing special. Mash potatoes, roast potatoes, sliced potatoes carrot, turkey, dry staffing. One kind of a gravy and that what you got . Tiny tables very close to each other.

        Unfortunately my dog came back more knotted than she was before. I had to brush her when I got home which took over 2 hours. I called the groom room who didn't seem all that bothered about it, said they had trainee's in, no excuse. They did give me some of my money back but not all. Would never go again. She is a long coated dog so absolutely no good for her.

        Disgusting I took my frenchie here not long ago for nail trim and they turn around and say hes agressive! These people traumatised my dog hes now got phobia. Cant do his nails at all my poor dog had a panic attack and put him into hyperventilation. This place is shocking. Whoever was responsible for this should be ashamed and change job for the best. No dog should be traumatised on a groom ever. Hes been here many many times and hes had no issues at all but that one time changed it all. This doesnt even deserve a star
