Cavendish Health Care & Mobility

While looking for a rise and electric chair for my brother-in -law after a second hip replacement, after a bit of homework online and visiting some shops locally in the Portsmouth area, we ended at a visit to Cavendish Health Care and we met Joe who was very helpful in explaing the differences in the available chairs, but we went with the more expensive model "Wellco fitform Vario 570" this was after Joe came out to measure my brother in law on his way home and luckily the chair that Cavendish had in stock was just the right size & fit. And to top that Joe managed to get this delivered the very next day, now we have one very happy brother in law recovering & now is able to get up & stand all due to this Wonderfull chair & its 3 motors to move in a slow ballet movement to aid a person to be more mobile. Overall Cavendish Health Care are a very good local Co & Joe is a very helpful and knowledgeable member of staff even on a customer visit when he must of thought he'd walked into a mad house. 5 stars

I cannot praise the staff enough. I needed a new footplate for my power chair and gave the wrong model as I bought it second hand. They helped me correct my error and even sent someone to fit it very quickly. Awesome service and friendly staff. Cant praise them highly enough I also went back to them at the beginning of February for a service and battery check. Needed new batteries and a bus cable. My wheelchair now looks and feels like new and I can now get out and about after previously having major power issues. Brilliant and curtious service as ever. Thank you all.

5 star service from a 5 star young lady, my aunt & uncle visited today, they met with Mandy customer service at its very best, they have purchased today I met with them afterwards they were blown away how well they were valued & looked after, Mandy you are a true asset to this business & a credit to them. Went to enquire about a mobility scooter and was greeted by a cheerful man who was extremely knowledgeable and guided us around three models which suited our requirements. Absolutely no pressure to buy, indeed we were encouraged to spend time considering the scooters on our own. We spent over two hours in the shop before buying a V8 scooter. Service was impeccable and I would heartily recommend Cavendish if you're in the market for any mobility equipment. They shine above the high street vendors, probably because they are a family business, passionate about what they do.
