I have been using Jamie for several years to maintain, repair and service my two Daikin multi-splits and nine associated indoor units. Recently he relocated one indoor unit from our utility room to an upstairs bedroom. This was a complex task but it was completed extremely efficiently within a day. Jamie is a clean and tidy worker that treats our house with respect and provides an excellent and responsive service at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend them. I was given a detailed quote very promptly and some queries I had were answered. The work was booked and Jamie arrived promptly and the work was done to a very high standard. All pipes cables etc were clipped even though loft access was not straightforward. First time dealing with these guys but wont be the last, they were absolutely excellent. Local firms put up all sorts of issues but after talking to Sub Cooling they had solutions and an upbeat attitude towards everything. Quality of work was top notch and all forms of communication and problem solving were prompt, clear and helpful.
