Tapi Carpets & Floors

We went and bought our new stairs carpet 2 weeks ago arrived in to store nice and quick tapi also phoned to book in fitting swiftly so we spent the hottest weekend of the year getting the hall way ready for the carpet booked the day off work as so that I could be in for the carpet fitter he phoned in the morning and advised when he would arrive all good so far however when the carpet fitter arrived he asked what room the carpet was going in I advised him it was the stairs to which he replied we've already fitted a stairs carpet today we only do one a day otherwise we get to many of them he then did a bit of measuring and left. I was very confused and annoyed by this so phoned tapi and was advised they were very sorry for the confusion and they would be able to fit this in 4 weeks time as they are all booked up after a bit of time on hold they then advised they could fit in 2 weeks time by moving someone else's appointment back.

Not yet ordered but so far, staff have been amazing and very helpful. Much better than some other retailers (locally) who i wont mention. Looking forward to the next steps.

Carpet ordered after some negotiating with Team and delivered to shop in a few days. Fitting followed soon after. Fitters called first thing to let me know an arrival time. Upon arrival (on time) they got to work immediately. Living and Dining room underlay and carpets fitted (and hoovered) within less than 2 hrs. Old carpets, old underlay and offcuts taken away. Top notch service for a very competitive price.
