        My daughter and I were made to feel very welcome and comfortable on our visit to this establishment. No high-pressure sales. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, which was very different from the last time I visited a phone shop.

        Joel was a great help in looking for a new phone and moving away from another service provider. Also persuaded me to go with an Oppo phone (never heard of them before) but it does everything I need it to do. Thanks Joel

        Awful shop the staff dont have a clue what there doing lie about things that are completely irrelevant to the issues. Had a supposed brand new iPhone 14 the battery was from a imported phone not even an iPhone one so the supposed brand new phone was not genuine. Said it needed a update for a battery to charge and then tried to say its the plug wouldnt recommend this store to anyone
