A very supportive and caring company. The managers go out of their way to make sure the staff are happy, and well trained so they are able to provide the best care for their clients.

Enchanting Care supported our Mum for many months, the care we had was first class, careplans, monthly reviews, support and always available. Our Mum sadly died 2022, still with her humour in tact, and her choice, no pain. The fact that Cathy the owner was a nurse, just added to our confidence with their team. Thank you.

My mum has been receiving care four times a day for nearly a year. The carers are allocated so that mum sees a fairly regular part of the team. The carers have got to know mum well, they are thoughtful, and often go the extra mile. If there are any issues I am contacted immediately. The carers really do care for mum, and she is able to stay safely at home, where she wants to be because of all they do. A big thank you to the whole team from us! Would definitely recommend this company

Enchanting care have been supporting my disabled brother to live as independently as he can for a couple of years now. Last year he became seriously ill and required life changing major surgery which meant he needed increased support during times when staff were effected by the pandemic. Our family live some distance from him and due to covid and other issues hazve not got down to see him as muchas we would like. It is reassuring to know he is being taken care of well. I frequently chat with Cathy on whattsapp and we have met up on a few occasions. Keep up the good work !!
