Natasha Whelan was our agent on both occasions. we found her to be very professional, Knowledgeable and helpful to ensure that what was booked was suitable for our needs. Natasha is a cheerful person who fills you with confidence when booking. Nothing was too much trouble for her. we will definitely go back to the Waterlooville shop when we want to book a holiday again. Natasha is highly recommended.

        Popped in today and was greeted as soon as i walked through the door. Staff all friendly. Was seated straight away and offered a drink. The shop itself was lovely and clean. Staff knowledge was amazing and got me booked quicker than i anticipated which was a bonus. Was kept up to speed of each steps they were taking in the booking process. Will 100% recommend this store to friends and family. Thank you so much Tui waterlooville for a great experience.
