Ordered fragrances 23rd April, still waiting 9th July. Do not reply emails or phone calls. Avoid, obviously not interested in supplying me or anyone else if you read the reviews.

I don't know what's happened to this company. I've been using it to supply my company since around 2005, but this year, I can't get anything out of them. I ordered some fragrances on June 22nd and they arrived in dribs and drabs over the following weeks and months. To date, September 15th, the order is not complete. I have been trying to place another order for fragrances we need to make our Christmas products and am unable to get a response from my account manager, just an automated response. I managed to speak to somebody, who assured me they would follow up, but I've heard nothing, despite repeated emails. What is happening? Is this still a company? I've never experienced anything like this in 20 years of business, and it would appear that others are experiencing the same problems. They send a pro-forma and take payment, but are not able to deliver.
