        Lucy in your Waterlooville store is a really good ambassador for this business. There was a queue but she made eye contact and engaged with all of us. She was dealing with an elderly lady in a very patient way. I had a pair of Dr Martens boots to collect that had been sent for repair. The repair was superb and gave new life to a much loved pair of boots. Been back again to get some keys cut.
