Had an appointment booked for today for 4pm for somebody with learning difficulties to get her hair cut and the ladies took one look at her and turned her away. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. This person has always had her hair cut here and has of course been in lock down for months without having full understanding of what is going on it has been very difficult. All she has wanted was a hair cut and there is no doubt in my mind or hers that she was turned away due to her visible learning difficulties. Absolutely vile attitude, will certainly be letting everybody know about this.

I've been a customer at Cellys for years on and off. Dreadful experience yesterday. Asked for highlights. Discovered when home none at the back and weak bleach meant yellow hair top and sides. Back today no apology. Found staff rude. Back done today, nicer stylist. Won't be going back.

Awful place especially for men ! My wife had wanted to go here to try it , I thought may as well kill two birds one stone ! Never again will I step foot near that place ! I asked for grade 1 back and sides she used a 0 and totally messed the back and sides up ! The wife who isn't a hairdresser but had to try and fix the damage once we got home ! I'm only giving a one star because it doesn't give the option of zero stars
