I'd highly recommend Lynn, Paula and the team at Clarity. Having a family member first needing care at home and then needing to go into a care home is pretty stressful. But Clarity helped us through the whole process with calm, professional advice and, most importantly, a real sense that they cared about getting the right outcome for all of us. Absolutely a 5 star service.

I cannot recommend Lynn highly enough. She was calm, reassuring and very professional. She turned around a complete nightmare for me, when my mum was asked to leave her assisted living home, as they said they could no longer manage her behaviour. Lynn took over the search for me and managed every aspect of the move for me. It was an incredibly stressful time, but with Lynn by my side, we found a new home much better suited to mums needs. I can never thank her enough.

Lynn was wonderful at helping sort and find the perfect Nursing Home for my Father in law and making the transfer of relocating him super easy. It is a shame that the need for care and the money involved has created a company like this that benefits and exploits people in need of advice. The company claims to be independent but is not part of a regulatory body so is essentially unregulated. They suggested that we use a home care company called Crown Homecare based in Hook. We had stated to Lynn that we wanted the highest care possible for our mother who is suffering with dementia. Crown were consistently pushed on us and it turned out to be an absolute disaster with Crown. We were told that they had an ideal carer lined up for us.. it turns out that ideal carer had no previous experience of live in care. We suffered a great deal of distress as a result of our mum being 'cared' for under Crown Home Care. I won't go into further details but we cancelled the contract with Crown. Clarity care were little to no help during the process and we are now pursuing a claim for a refund through the small claims court. There is no way I would recommend Crown Homecare or Clarity Care. Do your own research on agencies and contact the Alzhemeirs society for advice as they are truly independent. Our complaints with Crown were met with resistance from Clarity care who sided with Crown Homecare which further points to a business relationship in my opinion and Clarity told us that they accept no responsibility for the agencies they refer. In short they were useless. AVOID! Also be aware that Lynn will come across as very genuine and sincere at the beginning but this will soon change once the agency is setup. We paid 1,500 to Clarity to be referred to Crown Homecare and Lynn refuses to refund any money to us for the poor recommendation. Shameful and a complete waste of our money which is needed for our mums care.
