I am updating my score from a 5 star to a 3 unfortunately. We have been here a few times and the first few experiences were really great but I guess it depends who you get. The last 2 visits have been really dissapointing. They "flushed" out our coolent which still looks black, we told them there was coolent in the car to use, they still charged us to use theirs. Said it would be done in a couple of hours it took almost all day and we had to call to follow up. The guy we spoke to was always grumpy and rude. Time to find a new mechanic I'm afraid.

Awful service. Been going on since SEPTEMBER 22. Put my Mercedes in for MOT and service. 3 months later and I STILL have the same warnings going off in my dash despite taking the car back FOUR TIMES!! I actually question whether they serviced the car at all!! Last time I called to report the SAME problem that the garage hadnt resolved for the THIRD time, the guy who dealt with me on the phone thought it FUNNY that Id been given such a runaround. Ive had to go to a decent garage that care about their customer service in order to get this properly fixed. I gave this garage four opportunities to sort this, and visited the garage that amount of times, all at my own cost and inconvenience. They didnt seem to care one iota about that. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. Service: Auto maintenance
