Johnston Wood Roach Limited

We were with JWR for several years and within this time they were ok as accountants go. We found a new accountant since then however the change over from JWR was not great and HMRC have been sending us letters which were not passed on. So i wouldn't recommend this company.

This is our 1st year working with JWR and our account manager Danna. We had the difficult experience of transitioning from a sole trader to a VAT registered, Limited company, which isn't the easiest of things to navigate and get your head round. Thankfully, Danna is always on hand to ask any questions too and is always quick to respond to any issues that we have. She has the patience of a Saint, because if I had to deal with HMRC on a day to day basis then I'd have to seriously consider my life choices. All of the staff, from Danna to the team on reception are incredibly friendly and make the pain of dealing with your accounts so much easier. I have been using JWR since 2006 and they have helped me every step of the way through the good times, bad times and I have always had a great experience even when the stakes were high. Initially I dealt with Steve Johnston who was legend. Since then Crystelle Johnston, Jamie Roach and most recently Tom Baigent have helped me considerably. Their high professionalism is consistent and I would highly recommend them for anyone with a small or large business needing great accounting advice and results.
