Bambinos

Took my almost 3 year old to the Waterlooville branch as they advertise to cater for bambinos but this couldnt be further from it. Felt like we were a hindrance. Yes my little one doesnt like his hair being cut and he was upset but they just seemed so annoyed that Id brought him in and didnt even try to console him. At one point the lady said come on we need to do this quickly as we are very busy today and theres a big queue of people waiting (she said it in a very annoyed way). I then told her to stop and not carry on as my son wouldnt understand that and didnt think it was fair to try and rush through it whilst he felt uncomfortable. Both me and my son left in tears Ive never felt more uncomfortable somewhere with my son and like we shouldnt be there. Id understand if id taken him to barber that doesnt cater for children but they definitely need to be more accommodating towards children. Its a shame as my first experience there was okay but I will not be returning after that. Service: Kids' cuts

Absolutely amazing service. Took my 1 year old little boy for his first hair cut and the lady was absolutely amazing! When my son was turning his head to see what she was doing, she carried on cutting away and provided the best hair cut for him! 1000% recommend. Im a fussy mum but so worth it!

Love going here for my haircut, always a good friendly atmosphere. Always leave a tip as it is well deserved.

Arrived at Bambinos, parking was easy enough and staff were friendly when entering shop. Walled in without a booking. My two year old son chose his own character seat to sit in while having his hair cut, even though he was a complete nightmare the lady did a really good cut! My son even got a chocolate treat that he was very happy about. The cut cost us 11 which I thought was reasonably priced. The shop only takes cash so make sure you go to cash machine first as I got caught out and had to drive back home to get my purse as I couldn't use my phone for contact less . Would I go back? - Yes, absolutely! Highly recommend
