    Awful experience and poor customer service. I entered the branch today to put away 400 cash into my account. I was told to use the machine which I did for the first time but the machine swallowed the whole 400, it came up with an error message after taking the money and spat my card out. Panicking I asked the member of staff to help, I explained what had happened she pulled a face as if it was unheard of and questioned the amount several times. She tried to palm me off and told me I should wait 24 hours for it to clear but I insisted it was looked into as I received an error message. She asked her colleague to help and they both made out it was unlikely and made it very clear they didnt believe the amount I said I had tried to put away. They made me feel like a criminal and they didnt reassure me at all! Even after they found the cash inside the machine one of them said to the other that looks way too small to be 400 again Insulting me (and slightly worrying as she works in a bank!) even after it was counted and realising it was the full amount I didnt receive an apology! Really upset by this experience!

    Visited Waterlooville branch Tuesday 28th June Was attended by the front counter assistant: She dealt with my complicated request with Professional and patient manner, And resolved all aspects to a very satisfying conclusion, when thanking her and jokingly saying you need a medal she replied that she had only completed 8 week in the current post A very competent member of your staff
