        Awful customer service. Not available to help buy a bike so bought it online. Not able to find it when we went to pick it up, eventually found it but it was all too much effort. We wont be returning.

        Bought scooters @ 420 each. Head set was wobbly so went back to Halfords and nothing they could do. I have to contact Segway because Halfords wont. If I had known I would have purchased them from Currys or Argos. Not happy.
